Limited warranty
INNODIGYM warrants each machine against defects in materials and workmanship, for the original purchaser, from the date of delivery.

What is covered
Manufacturing defects and component failure under normal home use. We will repair or replace the affected part at our discretion.
What is not covered
Commercial or institutional use, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised modification, normal cosmetic wear, and damage from improper installation or power supply.
Making a claim
Contact support@innodigym.com with your order number and a description of the fault. Photographs or a short video speed this up considerably.
